Colin Cripps - guitar

Colin became a member of the band Crash Vegas in 1988, about six months after the band was started. Crash Vegas was eventually signed to Blue Rodeo's label Risque Disque, on which they released their debut album Red Earth (1990). The album went on to sell gold.

In 1992 they signed a deal with American Polygram, on which they released their second album Stone (1993). Two years later the band had become a duo with Colin and singer Michelle McAdorey. They got a new record deal with Sony, and released their final album Aurora (1995).

In 1996, Crash Vegas split up and Colin joined the band Junkhouse. He produced, played guitar and co-wrote the ten songs on the album Fuzz (1997).

Colin contributed with guitar to the Blue Rodeo album Tremolo, and he also co-wrote one of the songs on the album. He became a member of and toured with the Jim Cuddy Band, and contributed to Cuddy's solo album All In Time (1998). He has also produced two of Oh Susannah's albums; Sleepy Little Sailor (2001) and Oh Susannah (2003). Colin's work has appeared on more than 30 albums and in film and television.

Colin left the band in 2008.
